FULLY SERVICED PLOTS IN A GATED COMMUNITY AS PART OF THE DETRACO COURTS HOUSING PROJECT: “CITY OF HOPE” NEAR COMMUNITY 25, TEMA.
INTRODUCTION
By popular request Devtraco Ltd has introduced fully serviced plots as part of its Devtraco courts Housing Project, located at “The City of Hope” near Community 25, Tema. This is in response to calls by a number of our clientele who would love to be part of this well planned luxurious and serene environment but with their custom made architectural designed dream-houses.
The serviced plots component of the larger “Devtraco Courts” housing project that is christened the “Millennium Courts” is proposed to have the following features:
Gated Community:
The entire 30 acre planned scheme is completely fenced and provided with a security check-point Gate House. Access to the community shall only be through the security entrance to ensure that only authorized individuals or persons are allowed access to the place.
Residents Association
Each home owners and potential home owners shall be automatic member of the Millennium Court Residents Association and shall be partakers of decisions of mutual benefits.
Road Network
As in the case of any ultra modern planned area, the “Millennium Court” is provided with well engineered and bituminous surfaced streets of standard widths and sidewalks on either side.
Grass Beds
Provision is made in front of each house for grass beds and the plantation of flowers to beautify the community and also to contribute to its serenity.
Drainage System
The community is provided with a carefully planned and constructed underground drainage system to accommodate both domestic waste water and surface run-off.
Electricity Supply
Millennium Court is hooked to the national grid of electricity supply by the Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG). Each house would be hooked to the system after satisfying all the necessary conditions of the ECG in a separate application for the service.
Water Supply
The community is also connected to the water distribution network of the Ghana Water Company Ltd. Tapping of the service to the individual plots would also be done after meeting all t5he requirements of GWCL in an application for a service.
Street Lights
In conformity with the Devtraco Court Scheme, Millennium Court is provided with magnificent street lights not only to beautify the community at nights but also to improve upon the security and safety of the community. |
