Devtraco Villas, is one of our on-going development located at Nungua-Baatsonaa (Community 18), also off the Spintex-Sakumono Road, Accra. It is a gated community with about 200 homes.
Our Current development "DEVTRACO COURTS" also known as ‘City of Hope’ is located near Community 25, Tema. This is also another gated community sited about 1km off the main Tema-Aflao Highway, at a distance of approximately 9km from the Tema Motorway Roundabout.
